I have the fortune of leading the technical support team at Bell, so I have individuals all over the globe that support our commercial products.

It's a fantastic group of people that help our customers every day solve technical issues on their aircraft, but they can also call into our offices around the world in Canada and in Singapore and in Fort Worth, Texas to answer questions that may need more in-depth research with our engineers here at Bell. Our customer's goal and our goal is to keep them flying every day.

We understand that we need to be there to help our customers continue to operate their aircraft.

The bottom line with our customers is money. The longer their aircraft sits on the ground, the more money they lose. So the sooner we can get them in the air, the better it is for them.

They should know that they can pick up the telephone any time of the day, the night, be it on a weekend, a holiday, and they're going to get somebody to help them. We're always there to help them.

It doesn't matter if it's over in Asia or here in North America. It's a real great benefit that Bell customers have.
